ปิดร้านลูกซัดดีไหม ?
ช่วงนี้ .. เหนื่อกับหลายเรื่องมากมาย
แล้วตัวเองก็ต้องนอนเร็วขึ้น ไม่ได้นอนดึกทำโน้นทำนี่เหมือนแต่ก่อน
เลยดูเหมือนว่า พอกิจกรรมที่ต้องทำมันเยอะ ก็เลยกลายเป็นทำไม่ทัน
เลยกำลังคิดวิธีบริหารจัดการกับมันอยู่ .. อย่างแรกที่คิดคือ ลดกิจกรรมลง
ลูกซัด เพิ่มน้ำนม .. เป็นสิ่งที่ทำมานานมาก
เริ่มตั้งแต่แจกบ้าง ให้บ้าง แล้วก็ขายกันในที่สุด
แต่การขายลูกซัดก็ไม่ได้ทำให้เห็นเงินเป็นกอบเป็นกำหรอกนะ
เพราะการได้กำไรชุดละ 10 บาท มันยังไม่พอค่ารถที่นั่งไปซื้อลูกซัดเลย
แต่ที่ทำเพราะ “อยากช่วยคุณแม่ทั้งหลายให้มีน้ำนมให้ลูกกิน”
อยากให้เด็ก ๆ ได้กินนมแม่เยอะขึ้น นี่คือจุดเริ่มต้นที่คิดทำ
เพราะคุณแม่หลายท่านอยู่ต่างจังหวัด ไปหาซื้อมากินเองก็ลำบาก
บางคนต้องไปหาจากร้านขายยาจีน ซึ่งอาจจะได้ของที่เก่าเก็บก็เป็นไปได้
เพราะลูกซัดไม่ใช่เครื่องเทศน์ที่ใช้กันทั่วไปแพร่หลายนัก ยกเว้นในร้านข้าวหมกไก่

ที่มีความคิดจะเลิกทำร้านลูกซัดเพราะต้องนั่งรถไปไกล เพื่อจะไปแบกลูกซัดกลับมาบ้าน
ไปทีก็ต้องหิ้วมาประมาณ 3 กิโลกรัม เพื่อจะให้คุ้มกับค่าเดินทางที่ต้องไป
และต้องเสียเวลาวิ่งเล่นกับปรางตอนเย็น ๆ ไปด้วย
ตอนนี้ด้วยภาวะเจ็บหน้าอก บอกได้เลยว่า ลูกซัด 3 โลเนี่ย ฉันไม่สามารถหิ้วได้แล้ว
เลยมีความคิดว่า อะไร ๆ ก็ไม่เอื้ออำนวยให้ทำต่อเลย
แล้วด้วยคำว่า “ขาย” หลายคนก็คาดหวังว่า จะต้องได้ของเร็วไวทันใจ
ทุกวันนี้ก็ไปส่งลูกซัดหลังเลิกงานอยู่ประจำ จนหนุ่มๆ ไปรษณีย์รู้กันหมด
มีคนสั่งคนเดียว ฉันก็นั่งมอไซต์และเดินไปไปรษณีย์เพื่อจะส่งให้
ถ้าเป็นวันหยุด เสาร์อาทิตย์ ก็ให้สามีขับรถจากบ้านไปไปรษณีย์เพื่อจะส่งเหมือนกัน
เลยมีคำถามจากคนรอบตัวว่า “คุ้มไหมเนี่ย ? ” กับ “กำไรชุดละ 10 บาท”
ตอนทำก็ไม่ได้คิดว่าคุ้มไม่คุ้มหรอก .. จนวันที่รู้สึกว่า ตัวเองบกพร่อง
สับสนในการส่งของ คิดว่าส่งของแล้ว ทั้ง ๆที่ยังไม่ได้ส่ง
ลูกค้าที่โอนเงินเข้ามาแล้ว ก็รอนานจน รู้สึกไม่ดี
เลยทำให้รู้สึกแย่ไปเลย .. จนทำให้คิดว่า หรือว่าเราควรเลิกทำดีนะ
แต่ทุกวันนี้ก็ยังรับโทรศัพท์ตอบคำถามเรื่องน้ำนมอยู่เรื่อย ๆ นะ
ไม่ต้องนับค่ามือถือที่โทรกลับไปตอบคำถามอีก
เรื่องคุ้มไม่คุ้มน่ะเลิกคิดไปเลย .. ตอนนี้คิดแค่ว่า ความที่เราไม่มีเวลาพอ
ทำให้คนที่อยากจะมีนมให้ลูกกินต้องรอเนี่ย ทำให้ฉันรู้สึกแย่
จนคิดว่าอยากจะเลิกทำ ..
แต่ก็มีคุณแม่หลายท่านบอกว่า เสียดายจัง .. เพราะเค้าหาซื้อกันยากเย็น
ตอนนี้เลยกำลังคิดว่าถ้าจะทำต่อ ฉันจะต้องวางระบบให้มันดีกว่านี้
อาจจะไม่ส่งของทุกวัน จะส่งเป็นรอบ และรับแจ้งการโอนเงินและที่อยู่ในการจัดส่งแค่ทางเดียว
เพราะตอนนี้พอมี facebook มันทำให้เยอะจนบางทีตัวระบบ facebook เองเตือนไม่ครบทุกคน
นี่ชุดสุดท้าย คุณแม่จะมาขอรับที่บ้าน .. ขอพักสักระยะนึงก่อนแล้วกัน
แล้วเดียวค่อยว่ากันว่า จะเอายังไงต่อไปดี

หรือจะทำเป็นลักษณะ แจกไปเลย แล้วก็ส่งแค่แบบลงทะเบียนธรรมดา
ขอรับบริจาคแค่ค่าจัดส่ง – ค่าซอง – ค่าเอกสารที่แนบไปในเรื่องวิธีกินและการเก็บน้ำนม
ความคาดหวังในบริการของคนขอรับ ก็คงต่างจากคนซื้อ ไม่รู้อ่ะยังคิดไม่ตก
