ไข่ระเบิด
เมนูไข่กันอีกแล้วค่ะพี่น้อง .. ก็เด็กต้องกินไข่ทุกวันนินา
แถมเมนูไข่เนี้ย ก็ง่ายสำหรับแม่ วันตื่นสายด้วย อิอิ
จนครูหมีจับทางข้าวกล่องแม่ได้แล้ว ว่าไข่บ่อยพักนี้
เริ่มต้นลงมือกันเลยค่ะ เมนูนี้ทำวันธรรมดาด้วย เลยรูปไม่ค่อยสวยเท่าไหร่
ถ้าทำวันหยุด จะประณีตกับการถ่ายรูปมากกว่านี้ นี่รีบ เพราะเดี๋ยวจะสาย
ทอดไข่เลยค่ะ ตั้งแต่ได้กะทะใบนี้มาก ถูกใจอย่างมาก ระหว่างรอไข่ก็หั่นผักไปด้วย
วันนี้มีบล็อคเคอรี่ กับหอมใหญ่ แล้วก็มะเขือเทศค่ะ
หั่นเหมือนเดิมค่ะ สี่เหลี่ยมเล็ก ๆ เพื่อให้แทรกเข้าไปในปากเด็กไม่กินผักได้ง่าย 555
กุ้งสับ 1 ตัว กุ้งตัวสุดท้ายอีกตามเคย สับละเอียด จากนั้นเอาไปผัดให้พอสุกคะ
สุกแล้วหน้าตาแบบนี้คะ .. ไม่ต้มไปด้วยเพราะมันจะแข็งเกินไป ผัดแล้วแยกต่างหากไว้เลย
ทอดไข่เสร็จ ผัดกุ้งเสร็จ ก็เอาผักมาผัด ๆ ปรุงรส แล้วก็ใส่น้ำสักหน่อยค่ะ
เราจะต้มไฟอ่อน ๆ ไปเรื่อย ๆ จนกว่าจะหวานน้ำผัก และผักเปื่อยหน่อย
ต้มพอน้ำผักหวานแล้วก็ปรุงรสให้หวาน ๆ เค็ม ๆ แล้วก็ใส่แป้งข้าวโพดละลายน้ำสัก 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
นี่แบ่งไข่มาครึ่งฟอง กลัวลูกไม่กินแบบมีน้ำราด .. แต่สีสันดีใช้ได้นะเนี้ย
รีบ ๆ เช้า ๆ ระหว่างต้มผัก..แม่ยุ้ยก็ไปอาบน้ำแต่งตัว พอดีกว่าจะเสร็จลูกตื่นพอดี
นี่ดูเด็กน้อยช่วยถ่ายรูป .. แหม ตั้งใจจริง ๆ นะเนี้ย

ช่วงนี้พยายามให้น้องปรางกินไข่ให้ได้ทุกวัน
เพราะไข่แดงมีธาตุเหล็กและอีกหลายอย่าง
ซึ่งเด็กปรางไม่ยอมกินไข่แดง ถ้าเป็นไข่ต้ม
ตอนนี้เรียกได้ว่าไข่ต้มขายปรางไม่ได้เลยสักกะอย่าง
ไม่ว่าจะต้ม ไข่พะโล ไข่ลูกเขย .. แม่ยุ้ยเลยต้องเปลี่ยนเป็นอย่างอื่นแทน
รอดูกันต่อไปนะคะ ว่า จะมีเมนูไข่อะไรมากันอีก

ขยันทำจังเลยแม่ยุ้ย แบบนี้รับรอง หนูปรางเติบโตร่างกายแข็งแรงแน่นอนคร่า….
ทำ+เก็บ 2ชั่วโมง กินไป2คำ
น้องปรางบอก “ม่ายหวายแล้วค่ะคุณแม่ น้องปรางอิ่มแล้ว”
รึเปล่าคะแม่ยุ้ย อิอิ
อยากมีลูกมั้งอะ ฮือๆๆๆๆ เวปสวยดี รวยด้วยเวปเราเอง
น้องปรางไม่กินไข่แดงเพราะมันแห้งแข็งค่ะคุณแม่
น้องมิ้งเคยเป็นตอนเด็กๆ (ตอแหลมาก จำได้หมด)
